What we are looking for:

This is an opportunity for a recent college grad who wants to learn and apply their education and practical skills in the high-tech project management environment.  You will be working with a seasoned team in R&D, and be mentored by a Senior Program Manager.     Must have a great attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive, hands-on attitude.    You will be working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and supported by a growing team of fun and driven people! 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Facilitate project planning workshops to develop stories, acceptance criteria and sprint plans.
  • Document planning artifacts from planning workshops.
  • Initiate and manage planning boards for active projects.
  • Coordinate and lead daily scrum meetings, and weekly showcase meetings with both internal and external stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Work with team and other functional areas to remove any impediments to team performance.
  • Manage project plans and provide weekly reporting of project status.
  • Ensure all project issues and risks are clearly communicated and escalated as appropriate.
  • Maintain project artifacts including project plans, communication plans, risk registers, resource plans, story inventories, progress burn-down, and status reports.
  • Participate in development projects to elaborate requirements and to review and accept developed functional stories for delivery.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent team facilitation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a focus and attention to detail.
  • Analytic mind & strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in most relevant software tools needed for the job.
  • BA/BS required or equivalent.

 

Bonus Experience:

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Domain experience in the transport and logistics industry
