Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Architect will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying/implementing automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight for all Robotics Process Automation projects.
  • Responsible for governance of RPA roadmap, prioritization and Service Delivery across projects in collaboration/partnership with the RPA Functional Lead.
  • Develop RPA client architecture and solution proposal focusing on scalability and extensibility.
  • Takes a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools, and approaches; benchmark our initiatives against industry best practices; propose and adopt where appropriate.
  • Provides guidance for continuous improvements and best practices on solution delivery.
  • Develop Architecture standards/guidelines/policies based on the organization needs, and anticipated technology advances to guide solutions and project teams.
  • Shape the end-to-end architecture and design, and work with the technical/program head and team to implement the solutions.
  • Provide oversight and guidance of new product initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Computer Science degree with 7+ years of experience in software development, including design, implementation, debugging, and support
  • 2-4 years of Robotics / Intelligent Automation Implementation.
  • Exposure to Process Automation tools (such as UiPath , Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Workfusion) etc.
  • Strong knowledge of RPA tools and their Deployment strategies – Ui Path preferable
  • Exposure to tools for BPM (such as WS02, Pega, Aris).
  • Experience in taking RPA solutions to deployment.
  • Ability to lead automation code between environments (dev, test, prod).
  • Deep expertise in Bot control/management using control room functions.
  • Extensive experience with deployment of more than 100 Bots.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring developers.
  • Experience in management reporting.
