As part of Blume solution development team, you will use the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, blockchain, big data, intelligent robotic process automation and Internet of Things to create a vibrant supply chain ecosystem that is truly collaborative, purposeful and focused on real value creation.

A successful candidate loves quality improvement, experienced and highly committed to creating world class automation for regression and feature testing, able to develop and drive a high-level test strategy, as well as take a hands-on approach to implement that strategy.
In this role, you will:
· Work with product and development teams to understand product vision and requirements
· Understand how all elements of the software ecosystem work together and develop QA approaches that fit the overall strategy
· Be responsible for the creation of appropriate test harnesses
· Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of many product features. You will be working with software development engineers, quality assurance testers, and product managers to create, maintain, and execute test plans; build automated test infrastructures.


  • Write test plans and design test cases
  • Promote QA productivity through automation, tools, and other best practices
  • Implement best practices; including a variety of different testing protocols, tools, and metrics
  • Work closely with the development teams to assure test coverage
  • Participate in Agile standup planning sessions.
  • Build tools and frameworks for automated testing
  • Work with remote teams to enable delivery of test artifacts
  • Execute functional, regression tests, performance, and stress testing
  • Bug reporting and verification.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and tools
  • Must understand the agile development methodology
  • 5+ years’ experience in a test or development role as part of a product development organization which has delivered customer-oriented products.
  • Hands on experience in GUI automation (such as Selenium Web-driver) and API automation (such as SOAP/REST) using Postman/Jmeter
  • Experience with testing devices and automation frameworks like Appium.
  • Experience in Supply Chain domain

  • Agile/Sprint related tools such as JIRA, Confluence
  • Performance testing experience using LoadRunner or Jmeter or other tools
