As an Implementation Services Associate, you will be responsible for leading projects through successful implementation while facilitating communication among project teams, management, and customers.  The ideal candidate will be outgoing, organized and possess the “Three A’s”:   Attitude, Aptitude & Action!  He/she will be an effective communicator and be able to remove any possible impediments and constantly work to ensure that the team has the best possible circumstances for achieving a successful implementation.

We are looking for recent college graduates who have some customer service and/or marketing experience in their background. Ideal candidate will also have solid academics, a strong work-ethic, great attitude and a desire to learn and grow.


Core Objectives:

•            Coordinate pass-off from pre-sales to discovery and from Sales to the Implementation Kickoff

•            Create project plan(s) including all implementation components, and timing

•            Ability to understand software applications and apply software to solve business problems

•            Ability to work/consult with customers and understand the requirements

•            Obtain resources to complete project and implementation, including rollout effort

•            Define key components to estimate size, effort, & calculate all associated implementation fees

•            Measure/update milestones & timing, including issue escalation and resolution



•            Facilitate the definition of go-live criteria and business readiness items

•            Assign, monitor and coordinate project teams and resources

•            Monitor, report and communicate project budget status; on time and on budget

•            Provide direction and support to project team

•            Define and monitor project hours for the business team as necessary

•            Manage both internal and external issue lists as it relates to the implementation

•            Manage relationship in conjunction with product and customer success team - customers (internal and external) regarding the project

•            Monitor and report on progress of project implementation to all stakeholders

•            Facilitate training associated with projects

•            Evaluate project implementation and provide an assessment of results

•            Experience with Project Management software/Agile Project Management

•            Capable of multi-tasking, remaining flexible and managing time effectively

•            Good listening, written and oral communication skills

•            Demonstrated customer skills

•            Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, team building and motivational skills

•            Ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision

•            Team player with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the company

•            Budget and resource management


Education and/or Experience                                              

•            Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; one to two years of related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•            Experience in software development preferred

•            1-3 years of project experience
